In Forza Horizon 6, there’s a thrilling side quest for car lovers: tracking down the nine hidden Treasure Cars scattered across Japan. Unlike Barn Finds, these cars are ready to drive as soon as you collect them—no waiting, no restoration, just instant thrills.

How Treasure Cars Work
Triggering Clues
Every time you enter a new region, your contact Mei will drop a rumor on the radio. Check the Cars > Treasure Cars menu to see a photo clue that hints at the vehicle’s location.

Claiming the Vehicle
Once you’re close enough, a purple icon will appear on your map. Drive up, park next to the car, and hit the Collect prompt. Boom—you own it.

Rewards
Collect all nine Treasure Cars and you unlock the Treasure Hunter achievement. It’s a badge of honor for any true FH6 explorer.

1991 Nissan Figaro

Region: Tokyo City

Location: Southern coast of Tokyo City, tucked in a small parking lot beside the Giant Bridge.

1969 Dodge Charger R/T

Region: Minamino

Location: North of Tokyo City, behind a convenience store near a golf course. Look for the golf carts nearby.

1985 Mazda RX-7 GSL-SE

Region: Ohtani

Location: Off-road near radio towers and farm buildings. Drive into the open field to spot it.

1987 Porsche 959

Region: Shimanoyama

Location: In a back alley of a parking lot, right in front of a 7-Eleven-style convenience store.

1981 BMW M1

Region: Hokubu

Location: Hidden under a concrete railway bridge column. You can see it easily from the main road.

1995 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III GSR

Region: Takashiro

Location: Top-left of the map, parked in front of a massive waterfall—the game’s most scenic spot.

1974 Lancia Stratos HF Stradale

Region: Sotoyama

Location: In the snowy northern Alps. Turn off the main road and check behind an isolated house.

2005 Ford GT

Region: Nangan

Location: Southwestern edge of the map. Find the hidden coastal dirt trail leading to a cliffside viewpoint.

1985 Nissan Safari Turbo

Region: Ito

Location: Far northeastern peninsula. Navigate windy mountain passes and look behind a wind turbine at the wind farm.
